At Oasis by Alison, we aim to make every celebration exceptional with our inspired designs and meaningful products. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days. Free for all orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your order until it reaches its destination. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations to ensure the quickest delivery.

3. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@oasisbyalison.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address for you. If your order has already shipped, you can redirect it via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout to avoid issues.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, contact us at hello@oasisbyalison.com. We'll launch an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oasis by Alison. If you’re not, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be initiated for return and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless faulty.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in 'as new' condition, including all tags and specialty packaging.
  • A photo of the item(s) must be provided prior to shipping to assess their condition.


2. How to Return

  • Email hello@oasisbyalison.com to initiate your return.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. If you are returning part of a bundle, please note that the bundle pricing is no longer valid, and the current sale price of the items you keep will apply.

      Example:
      Purchased Oasis by Alison Twin Pack for $138
      Returned one item, current sale price = $84
      Your refund is $138 - $84 = $54

      The final refund amount will be calculated at the time of processing your return.
